Here’s our thing: we want you to feel inspired, to bounce ideas, and meet like-minded people. How do we do that? Through Soundboarding!
During our quarterly event series, we bring in the organisers, founders, creatives, business owners and other trailblazers who we think are doing something brilliant in the world to hear their story. We host Curated Matches where we hand pick 2 fellow event attendees for you to match with for a 10 minute speed soundboarding session based on your common interests. Prior to the event each attendee fills in a form answering questions like “What are you passionate about” and “what would you do if money wasn’t an issue”, based on this information, we make the match.
Building connections with likeminded people is the heart of Soundboard, how else can we learn, inspire, and motivate each other? We can't wait to meet you!
What we'll cover...
Kevin Twomey and PJ Kirby recorded the first episode of I’m Grand Mam from their kitchen table 2 years ago. Since then, they have released over 60 episodes of I’m Grand Mam, have over 50,000 weekly listeners from around the globe, have done a sold-out tour of their live show Pure Brazen in London, Cork and Dublin, have over 1000 subscribers on Patreon and are Ireland’s leading LGBTQ+ podcast.
During this session PJ and Kevin will share their experience of creating a podcast from scratch, finding their flow, the highs and lows along the way, and what they look for when it comes to finding Soundboards and community to allow them to continue to grow.
